GENERAL
I retain the right to decline any commission request if I believe I am unable to fulfill your requirements.
I possess full rights over my artwork, meaning I am permitted to share it on my social media platforms, and I will always be recognized as the original creator of the art piece.
The client has to credit me and link back to my twitter as the artist in case the client posts my work publicly.
The client is responsible to credit me and link back to my twitter as their live2d artist/rigger in their twitter or twitch bio.
All Live2D commissions come with commercial licenses. (Commercial usage Type 1)
For Live2D art + rig commissions, the .PSD and .cmo files will not be delivered.
Likewise, for Live2D rig commissions, you will not receive the .CMO file.
In both cases, you will receive the model ready to use in VtubeStudio/Nizima, etc.
If you would like the .PSD or .CMO files for your commission, please contact me via DM to negotiate.PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES
All payments must be made prior to me starting work. Either 50% or 100% upfront unless we agreed upon a payment plan.
I will only commence working on your commission once payment has been received and you have agreed to the Terms of Service. Please understand that I work in the order of the slots list, so I kindly request your patience.
The estimated turnaround time (TAT) is approximately 3 to 6 weeks.
If you require a specific deadline, a rush fee will be applied. Please inform me of this in advance.REVISIONS
I will accommodate up to 3 minor revisions or changes during the sketch phase.
Mistakes on my part, resulting from missing details in the references/design, will be rectified at no additional cost and will not count towards the revision limit.
Should you require additional
revisions beyond this limit, an extra fee will be charged for each revision, depending on the complexity.USE
Please refrain from modifying, copying, tracing, using it as a base, or engaging in any form of plagiarism.
I retain the right to share the completed artwork on my social media platforms.
If you do not wish for your commission to be shared, a privacy fee (20%+ of the base price) will be applied.COMMERCIAL USAGE
Commercial usage of Live2D Models is already included in the base price.
Commercial usage is divided into two types:
Type 1: Additional 100% of the final price. This covers usage for promotional art, streaming assets, YouTube, Twitch, and similar platforms.
Type 2: Additional 200% of the final price. This covers usage for physical merchandise, including prints, charms, postcards, and so on.
Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise mysel and the client still has to credit me for it.REFUNDS
I keep %10 of the total price if the work has not started yet, if I have already started and the work is done I keep %50COMMUNICATION
